< Wound cartridge filter> 
ZW-PP
  1. Both of filter and core are made of polypropylene. The ZW-PP filter is the most common and versatile wound cartridge filter with excellent cost performance.
  2. Excellent resistance to chemicals,the ZW-PP filter can be used with solutions with widely different acidity and alkalinity.
< Application> : General industrial water / Chemical products / Solvents / Synthetic resins / paints / etc.
ZW-CS
  1. It consists filter made of cotton and core made of SUS304 . The ZW-CS filter excels in resistance to oil and heat (150℃).
  2. This filter can be used with not only petroleum products and alcohols but also organic solvents like hexane and toluene.
< Application> : Generalindustrial water / High-temperature water / Organicsolvents and others
< Melt-Blow type >
ZMB
  1. The ZMB filter can be used with solutions with widely different acidity and alkalinity, because it it made of 100% Ploypropylene.
  2. The dropping off of filter material is very rare in comparison with yarn-wound filters. In addition, the small filtering resistance results in a large filtering flow rate.

ZFP
  1. Since it is made of polypropylene and polyethylene(cap), the ZFP filter can be used with solutions with widely different acidity and alkalinity.
  2. Placing layers of polypropylene on a polypropylene core results in a more accurate filter than the conventional wound cartridge type.

ZPL
  1. All raw material forming filters are made of polypropylene, and the filter can be used in applications such as food and beverage industries.
  2. The ZPL has a removal efficiency of 99% or more with reference to the indicated accuracy, realizing a very high filtering accuracy and resulting in a low pressure loss and a long service life.
< Application> : Electronic and semiconductor industry / Food, beverage and brewing industry / Pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry / Extra-pure water such as RO and UF
< Membrane type >
ZPSU
  1. The ZPSU has a removal efficiency of 99.9% or more with reference to the indicated accuracy. Wide range of filtration; accuracy from 0.1㎛~1.2㎛.
  2. Low pressure drop and long life because of hydrophilic asymmetry polysulfone membrane.
< Application> : Filtration of cleaner for LCD, optical film / Process of manufacturing of ultra-pure water / Food and beverage / Medical and cosmetic / Acid and alkali in general industry
< Carbon type >
ZAC
  1. Using high-performance coconut shell charcoal, the ZAC filter excels in removing residual chlorine, trihalomethane, agricultural chemicals, as well as in discoloring and refining.
  2. The end face is sealed with packing to prevent leakage of activated charcoal from the cartridge filter.
  3. (ZAC-SZP): Winding polypropylene fiber on the surface of the filter provides not only an absorbing capability but also a filtering function.
< Application> :Removal of free chlorine, organic substances and odor.
< Bag type >

  1. With the substrate formed by polyester(100%), the ZBI filter excels in resistance to oil and heat.
  2. Structured in a bag shape, a large flow rate and low pressure operation are made passible. This lengthens the filtering life, thereby contributing to cost reduction.
  3. Elements can be replaced easily and it is possible to reduce working time.
< Application> : Industrial water / Quenching liquid / Cutting fluid / Paint and varnish / Plating industry / Other applications
